Customization
1) smb-onboard skill
When you run smb-onboard, Claude asks about:
- your business model,
- your team setup,
- your biggest bottlenecks.
It stores this context and adapts later skill outputs to your company.
2) Persistent format updates
If you want a different output format, just say:
From now on, prepare this report in this format: summary first, then risks, then action items.
Claude can carry that preference into future runs.
3) Detailed Use Cases
These scenarios show how Claude for Small Business can be used in real operations.

- Surfaces the highest-impact 3 priorities
4) Security and Important Notes
Approval control
Claude can draft emails, build campaign plans, and prepare reports, but without your approval:
- nothing is sent,
- nothing is published,
- no payment is executed.
Data privacy
Team and Enterprise plans use stricter data-handling defaults. Always verify current policy details in your own account settings.
Permission boundaries
Claude inherits your tool permissions. If you cannot access a file/folder in Google Drive or a segment in HubSpot, Claude cannot access it either.
