1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CodeBaseHub ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://codebasehub.pro (the "Website") and the purchase and use of our React Native Expo starter kits, boilerplates, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our Website, purchasing our Services, or downloading our starter kits, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and CodeBaseHub. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • "You" or "Customer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using our Services
  • "Starter Kit" or "Product" refers to the source code, boilerplates, templates, and related files provided by CodeBaseHub
  • "Starter Package" refers to the one-time purchase option with complete source code download
  • "All-in Package" refers to the premium package including lifetime GitHub repository access and updates
  • "Content" refers to all code, documentation, images, text, and other materials provided as part of our Services
  • "License" refers to the rights granted to you to use our Products as described in Section 6

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using our Services under any applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Products and Services

4.1 Starter Kits Overview

CodeBaseHub provides production-ready starter kits for building cross-platform applications, including:

  • Web Application: Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui
  • Mobile Application: React Native, Expo 54, iOS and Android support
  • Server Application: Hono, tRPC, Better Auth, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL
  • Monorepo Structure: Turborepo with shared packages and type safety
  • Pre-configured Integrations: Authentication, payments, analytics, push notifications, and more

4.2 Package Types

Starter Package ($99):

  • Complete source code for all three applications (Web, Mobile, Server)
  • One-time download access
  • Full documentation
  • All pre-configured integrations
  • Commercial use license
  • No ongoing updates after download

All-in Package ($199):

  • Everything included in the Starter Package
  • Lifetime access to our private GitHub repository
  • Weekly updates with new features, bug fixes, and improvements
  • Priority support
  • Security patches and dependency updates
  • No additional fees, ever

4.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Website and download services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Purchase and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Current prices:

  • Starter Package: $99 (one-time payment)
  • All-in Package: $199 (one-time payment)

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Polar, our third-party payment processor. We do not store or process your payment card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Polar's terms of service and privacy policy.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Other payment methods as available through Polar

5.3 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or fees. You are responsible for paying any taxes, customs duties, or government fees associated with your purchase based on your location.

5.4 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  1. Email confirmation with order details and receipt
  2. Download links for the Starter Kit source code
  3. Documentation and setup instructions
  4. GitHub repository access credentials (All-in Package only)

5.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you via email. You may retry the payment or contact us for assistance at hi@codebasehub.pro.

6. License Grant and Restrictions

6.1 License Grant

Upon purchase and receipt of payment, CodeBaseHub grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Starter Kit source code subject to the terms and restrictions outlined below.

You are permitted to:

✅ Use the code for unlimited personal projects ✅ Use the code for unlimited commercial projects (client work, SaaS products, mobile apps) ✅ Modify, customize, and adapt the code to suit your needs ✅ Create derivative works based on the code ✅ Deploy applications built with the code to production environments ✅ Use the code to build and sell products for yourself or clients ✅ Remove or modify branding and attributions in the code

6.2 License Restrictions

You are NOT permitted to:

❌ Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original or modified Starter Kit source code ❌ Create competing products (starter kits, boilerplates, templates) based on our code ❌ Share your download links or GitHub repository access with others ❌ Publicly publish or distribute the source code (e.g., on GitHub, npm, or other platforms) ❌ Use the code to create tutorials, courses, or educational content that includes substantial portions of our source code ❌ Claim authorship of the original Starter Kit code ❌ Circumvent license validation or security measures

6.3 Single User License

Each license is granted to a single individual or legal entity. If multiple team members need access:

  • Starter Package: Each developer should purchase their own license
  • All-in Package: The GitHub repository can be cloned by the license holder and shared within their organization for internal use only

6.4 Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Starter Kit source code, documentation, designs, and related materials remain the intellectual property of CodeBaseHub. This license does not transfer ownership; it grants you specific usage rights.

You own:

  • Applications you build using the Starter Kit
  • Modifications and customizations you make
  • Business logic and features you add

CodeBaseHub owns:

  • The original Starter Kit source code
  • Documentation and instructional materials
  • Branding, trademarks, and logos

7. Updates and Support

7.1 Updates (All-in Package Only)

All-in Package customers receive:

  • Lifetime access to our private GitHub repository
  • Weekly updates including new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, and dependency updates
  • Security patches as needed
  • No additional fees for updates

Updates are provided "as-is" and do not obligate you to integrate them into your existing projects.

7.2 Starter Package Updates

Starter Package customers receive:

  • One-time download of the current version at the time of purchase
  • No ongoing updates or access to new versions
  • Option to upgrade to All-in Package by paying the price difference

7.3 Support

Email Support:

  • Available to all customers at hi@codebasehub.pro
  • Response time: 48-72 hours
  • Coverage: Installation, configuration, and general usage questions

Priority Support:

  • All-in Package customers receive priority email support
  • Faster response times (within 24 hours)

Not Included:

  • Custom development or feature implementation
  • Debugging of your custom code modifications
  • Third-party integration troubleshooting beyond our pre-configured services

8. No Refund Policy

8.1 All Sales Are Final

All purchases of CodeBaseHub starter kits are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted to the complete source code upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the product description, features, and documentation before purchasing
  • You understand that all sales are final and non-refundable
  • Once you receive access to the source code, the purchase cannot be reversed

8.2 Pre-Purchase Considerations

Before making a purchase, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Review the detailed product descriptions on our Website
  • Check the technical requirements and stack compatibility
  • Read the documentation and FAQs
  • Contact us at hi@codebasehub.pro with any questions or concerns

8.3 Technical Support

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to helping you succeed with our starter kits:

  • Email support is available for all customers
  • We will assist with installation, configuration, and setup issues
  • All-in Package customers receive priority support
  • We continuously improve our documentation based on customer feedback

8.4 Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • Payment processing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Product was fundamentally misrepresented on our Website

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

❌ Violating any local, state, national, or international laws ❌ Infringing on intellectual property rights of CodeBaseHub or third parties ❌ Reverse engineering or decompiling our code for competitive purposes ❌ Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code ❌ Engaging in fraudulent activities or payment disputes without valid cause ❌ Harassing, threatening, or abusing our support staff ❌ Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Website without permission ❌ Sharing or reselling your license or access credentials ❌ Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

10.1 No Warranty

OUR SERVICES AND STARTER KITS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the code
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security vulnerabilities or bugs

10.2 Third-Party Integrations

Our Starter Kits include integrations with third-party services (e.g., Better Auth, Polar, RevenueCat, OneSignal, PostHog, AppsFlyer). We do not warrant:

  • Continued availability or functionality of third-party services
  • Compatibility with future versions of third-party APIs
  • Security or privacy practices of third-party providers

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service and privacy policies of all third-party services.

10.3 Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that:

  • Software development carries inherent risks
  • You are responsible for testing the code before deploying to production
  • We are not responsible for damages arising from bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors in the code
  • You should implement additional security measures, testing, and code reviews

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEBASEHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or information
  • Business interruption or downtime
  • Cost of substitute goods or services
  • Reputational harm or loss of goodwill
  • Security breaches or data leaks in applications you build

IN NO EVENT SHALL CODEBASEHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE STARTER KIT.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeBaseHub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Starter Kit
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Applications you build and deploy using the Starter Kit
  • Any content you create using the Starter Kit
  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using our Services at any time. However, as outlined in Section 8 (No Refund Policy), all sales are final and stopping use does not entitle you to a refund.

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services and revoke your license immediately, without notice or refund, if:

  • You violate these Terms or our license restrictions
  • You engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
  • You abuse our support services or harass our staff
  • Required by law or legal authorities
  • We discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice)

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the Starter Kit is immediately revoked
  • You must cease all use of the code and delete all copies
  • GitHub repository access (All-in Package) will be revoked
  • No refunds will be provided, as all sales are final
  • Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., indemnification, limitations of liability) remain in effect

14. Intellectual Property

14.1 CodeBaseHub Trademarks

"CodeBaseHub," our logo, and other branding elements are trademarks of CodeBaseHub. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission, except as necessary to identify that your application was built using our Starter Kit (e.g., "Built with CodeBaseHub").

14.2 Third-Party Licenses

Our Starter Kit includes open-source software and third-party libraries subject to their own licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). You are responsible for complying with all third-party licenses. A list of third-party dependencies and their licenses is included in the documentation.

14.3 User Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key points:

  • We collect email addresses, names, and GitHub usernames
  • We use analytics services (Datafa.st, PostHog, Google Analytics)
  • We do not store payment information (handled by Polar)
  • We use cookies for analytics and affiliate tracking

16. Export Control and Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
  • International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • Sanctions and embargoes imposed by the United States, European Union, and other jurisdictions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. or EU embargoes or sanctions.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • Notify you via email (if we have your email address)
  • Display a prominent notice on our Website

Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Services.

Changes do not apply retroactively and will not affect licenses granted prior to the modification date.

18. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

18.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at hi@codebasehub.pro to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

18.3 Arbitration (Optional)

If informal resolution fails, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Kyiv, Ukraine.

18.4 Jurisdiction and Venue

If arbitration is not elected, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ukraine, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

18.5 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and CodeBaseHub regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CodeBaseHub.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

19.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, internet outages, government actions, or natural disasters.

19.6 Independent Contractors

You and CodeBaseHub are independent contractors. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.

19.7 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

19.8 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are for the benefit of you and CodeBaseHub only and do not confer any rights to third parties.
