Excel to Report: 5 Prompts

Add a new sheet called Dashboard to this file. At the top, put 4 KPI cells for the main metric: total, average, highest and lowest. Make each KPI a formula that points to the data sheet, not a typed number. Below them, add 2 charts: the trend over time and the top 5 categories. Don't change the original data. If it's unclear which column is the main metric, ask me first. Give me the updated .xlsx file.

Make one chart from this file that shows the most important trend. Use a line chart if the data has dates and a bar chart if it compares categories. Write a title that states the takeaway, not just the metric name. Label both axes and mark the highest and lowest point. Export it as a PNG, 1600×900, with a white background.

Turn the steps in this sheet into a process map. Use one box per step, in the order they happen. Under each step, show the owner and the average time it takes, using the sheet's columns. Show decisions as diamonds and color the slowest step red. Output it as a Mermaid flowchart, top to bottom.

Turn the tasks and dates in this sheet into a roadmap. Make a Gantt-style timeline with one bar per task from start date to end date, grouped by phase, with the months along the top. Draw today's date as a vertical line and color overdue tasks red. Export it as a landscape PNG.

Write a one-page summary report of this file for my manager. Include 3 key findings, each with the number behind it and the column it comes from; 1 chart that proves the biggest finding; anything odd in the data (missing values, outliers, duplicates); and 3 next steps.
